Return & Refund Policy

At Women Stylo, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Final sale and custom-made items are not eligible for return unless stated otherwise.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@womenstylo.store Include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number and a description of the issue

Depending on your preference, we will:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost

Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.


3. How to Initiate a Return

You can start a return by:

  • Emailing us at support@womenstylo.store with your order number and reason for return

  • Or by using the live chat feature on our website

Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for return shipping.


4. Return Shipping

  • All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, packaging, tracking, duties, or customs charges

  • No restocking fees will be charged


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund. Once dispatched, they cannot be canceled, but the item can still be returned according to this policy.


7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


8. Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at support@womenstylo.store with your order number and payment details. Our team will investigate and assist you promptly.
